Letrice Deloach, LPC, NCC, CAMS-II

Hello! Life can throw you a curve ball now and then. I have been working in the counseling field for over 10 years as a paraprofessional first and in past 6 years, a licensed therapist. I have experience treating depression, anxiety, grief and loss, marriage matters, anger management, major life transitions, trauma and more. I work with individuals, couples, families and conduct group counseling sessions.

I offer services from a Cognitive Behavioral and Emotion-Focused therapeutic lens. To further support you, I have additional training in Gottman’s Couples Therapy (Levels I & II) and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am also a certified anger-management counseling specialist.

As a therapist I am committed to the success of my clients. My goal is to work in partnership with people, provide support, guidance and genuine care. I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment to explore what is missing and how to bring balance. Using a collaborative approach, I integrate evidence-based practices, art therapy, and mindfulness to help with self-expression and provide the emotional support needed. We are going through uncertain times, I can help you find meaning and purpose.

It takes courage to seek out a therapist and I hope you allow me the opportunity to walk with you during this journey.
